Question: What is Paintball?
Answer: Paintball is a game that originated in America in the early eighties which involves teams or individual players competing against each to eliminate other players by hitting them with paint-filled pellets fired from a compressed gas powered gun, otherwise known as a marker, and complete game objectives.
Question: Who plays paintball?
Answer: Men, women, and juniors from all different ages, backgrounds and professions play paintball. Fact is, everyone plays paintball. That’s what makes this a unique and exciting game. Nearly everyone who plays paintball for the first time is hooked and comes back for more thanks to the incredible rush and excitement of the game!
Question: Does it hurt to get shot by a paintball?
Answer: Yes, it may sting a little when you get shot by a paintball. If you’ve ever been popped by a rubber band before then you can expect the pain of being shot by a paintball to be somewhat similar.
Fortunately, the pain you experience from being hit by a paintball is actually what makes paintball so much fun. Without the fear of being shot players would just run around in the open instead of trying to hide and take cover.
Question: What should I wear?
Answer: Come wearing old clothes, a beanie hat, old boots or strong shoes, ground can be slippery at times. Bring a change of clothing, shoes, socks depending on the weather plus a plastic bag for your mucky boots. We will have your equipment ready for you on arrival.
